can i start a law suit against usps for losing my package and being ignorant and unlawful?
I sent a package to overseas insured $200. Now, post office where I sent it from filed a form to do something about losing my package. An answer came in today telling me to call customer service and its like calling to the other planet. They told me that their system is still down and they have no idea when it will be fixed. I will call back a few more times of course just to keep them in touch with this earth. But i also thought may be there is a case where you can win? Please,answer.
